1. How long has Progressive Publishing and Products been in business?

Educational Activities, Inc. opened near the O.S.U. campus in 1969 as a copying, duplicating, and printing company called ZIP Services. In the 1980s the name was changed to Zip Publishing, and the main product was Course Packets for courses at O.S.U. and other central Ohio colleges. In 2002 Zip Publishing expanded its marketing to other schools in Ohio and other areas in the country, and in 2006 Progressive Publishing and Products was formed and is run by Dr. Nick Petruzzella - founder of Educational Activities, Inc., ZIP Services, and Zip Publishing.


2. What types of publishing does Progressive do?

Progressive Publishing and Products offers three types of publishing: academic publishing, holistic health publishing, and general publishing.


3. What is academic publishing?

Academic publishing produces text, graphic and video CD's, DVD's, and USB Flash drives for the K-12 and college market.


4. What is holistic health publishing?

Holistic health publishing produces text, graphic and video CD's, DVD's and USB flash drives for the wellness and alternative health industries.


5. What does one mean by holistic in this context?

Where traditional medical practitioners concentrate on "curing" specific medical problems for an individual, holistic practitioners look at the whole person with solutions that involve Mental, Emotional, Physical, Spiritual, and Intuitive Health programs.


6. What is the Highway to Wisdom DVD Series?

This is a series of video lectures by distinguished holistic practitioners for use of students and others. The products in this series are sold on our site.

This is a series of video lectures by distinguished teachers and professors for use of students and others. The products in this series are sold on our website.


8. What is USB Flash Publishing?

USB Flash Publishing is a marketing venture to satisfy the paradigm of student use of laptops and other convenient portable devices for use in K-12 and College courses.
